1. Return and exchange policy
We always try to provide best quality products and hassle-free services to our valuable customers at www.folle.in.
We provide free return and exchange services only to customers available in India. Currently, we are not providing any return and exchange services to customers outside India.
We provide free return and exchange service in
any of the following cases:
1. Wrong Product/Size/Colour/Print
2. Damaged/Defective Product/Colour
Process for making return and exchange:
1. You can make request for exchange or return within 7 days of
delivering the shipment.
2. Please fill the return form by clicking on return tab at the
bottom of web store.
3. You may also contact us at +91-9958899810 or write us at customer.support@folle.in for any further assistance required.
4. Our customer support team will respond you within 24 hours and
will further help you with same.
5. We will get the product picked-up from your address within 3 working
days of creating the request.
6. Once we receive your returned product, we will be having a quality
check of the product.
7. In case of the exchange request, we will send the correct product to
customer. In case on return, we will credit the return amount* in the customer's wallet (which could be used later for further shopping with us) within 7 working days. This is subject to your return shipment having met our below mentioned terms and conditions**.
8. In case, the returned product does not fulfill the below mentioned terms and conditions**, it will be sent back to the customer.
*Amount
includes your product cost, shipping charges (if any) and cash on delivery
charges (if any).
**Terms and Conditions for making return and
exchange:
1. All the
products that you are willing to exchange or return must be unused/unwashed for
hygiene reasons.
2. It should be returned with all the tags on it along with coupons and stickers (if any). If any of these item is missing, it will not be accepted.
3. Kindly
pack the items securely in a same way you have received it to prevent any loss
or damage during transit.
Note:
1. In case customer wants to exchange or return the product due any reason which is not already mentioned above, he/she can make the request for
same in above described manner only.
2. In this case, Original shipping/cash on delivery charges will be
non-refundable.
3. In this case, return shipping charges will be equal to original
shipping charges and that will be deducted from your refundable amount.
4. In this case, remaining amount after deductions will be credited to
customer’s wallet which customer can use later.
Any other
scenario apart from mentioned, will be considered only at the time of its
happening, we
will try to provide the best solution available.
2. Cash on Delivery
In India:
Cash on delivery is available at Rs.70 per order.
Other than India:
Cash on delivery is not available.

Shipping charges
In India:
Order Value of above Rs.1000 : Shipping is free.
Order value of below Rs.1000 : Rs.70 per order.
Other than India:
Shipping is Rs.1500 per order.

Shipping area
We are shipping globally. We are covering PAN India and other countries except some negative areas.
In case any customer has special request for delivery of product, he/she can contact us at customer.support@folle.in, we will try to provide the best solution available.
5. Order delivery
In India:
Once you make the order, it will take 3-5 working days to get delivered.
If you want faster delivery, Please contact our customer support team over email at customer.support@folle.in or call on +91-9958899810. We will deliver your order within 24 - 48 hours (No additional charges for same).
Other than India:
Once you make the order, it will take 5-7 working days to get delivered.
6. Shipping partner
Fedex and delhivery are our shipping partners for all our domestic and international orders.

Tampered parcel
Do not accept any tampered parcel. Inform us by writing at customer.support@folle.in or call us at +91-9958899810 within 24 hours. We will send the new parcel for you. In case, you accept the parcel, we won’t be able to claim for same from our logistics partner.

Customer's privacy
Customer's contact and payment information that he/she will be providing during registration or any purchases from our website will be safe and secured. It will not be shared publicly and will not be misused.
